NutriPrimus Pro is designed for licensed or otherwise authorised professionals and organisations, where applicable, including but not limited to dietitians, nutritionists, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, medical centres, fitness facilities, sports organisations, wellness providers, and other professionals who use the Services to manage and support their own clients or patients.

Professional Users may use NutriPrimus Pro to create personalised nutrition plans, monitor client progress, communicate with clients, organise professional records, and access the professional tools and features available through the platform.

Professional Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for:

  • the professional advice, recommendations, nutrition plans, meal plans, assessments, or other services they provide to their clients or patients;
  • ensuring that all information entered into the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date;
  • maintaining any licences, certifications, registrations, or professional qualifications required by the laws and regulations applicable to their profession and jurisdiction;
  • complying with all applicable healthcare, medical, professional, ethical, and regulatory obligations;
  • obtaining all necessary consents or other lawful bases for collecting, processing, and storing the personal data of their clients or patients in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

NutriPrimus provides the technological platform that enables Professional Users to deliver and manage their services. NutriPrimus does not supervise, review, verify, approve, or assume responsibility for any professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition programme, exercise programme, recommendation, or other professional service provided by a Professional User.

The professional relationship exists solely between the Professional User and their client or patient. NutriPrimus is not a party to that relationship and shall not be responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, omissions, advice, treatment, or services provided by Professional Users.

Professional Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their clients’ or patients’ information and for using the platform in compliance with all applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection laws.

NutriPrimus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Professional Account where it reasonably believes that the account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of any applicable legal, regulatory, or professional obligations.
